The Head of Talent and Culture will be responsible for managing the hiring and recruiting process, supporting the employee lifecycle, and fostering team culture at Lightning Labs. This role will actively source and screen candidates while working with functional leaders to understand resource requirements across the organization. They will also work with the VP of Business Operations to create, implement, and iterate on professional development and feedback programs.
